No fish ~ No pay guarantee:  We promise to do our best to meet your expectations.  Remember; No one wants to catch fish more than the Captain does!
But, if for some reason we get skunked, the trip will only cost you your original deposit money.  The remaining balance for the day is on us!  This guarantee is only valid for all day trips.

Cancellation Policy
 In the event of inclement weather, Captain Wally will make the final determination whether or not Strike Zone will fish on your scheduled day. Rainy days and excessive winds may require the trip to be resheduled.  Late departures or early returns may also be necessary due to inclement weather.  If a trip is cancelled due to weather, Captain Wally will make every effort to reschedule the trip or refund your deposit.  Cancellations requested by the fishing party within 14 days of the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Alcohol Policy
For everyones safety...No Hard Liquor is allowed on board. Responsible beer drinking is permissible. For your safety, if any member of the group becomes intoxicated the trip will be terminated and the boat will return to the dock with forfeiture of all fees.

Drug Policy
Strike Zone Charters has zero tolerance for illegal drugs.  If the crew suspects any illegal drug activity on board the trip will be terminated immediately and all fees forfeited.
