Cancellation Policy
In the event of inclement weather, Captain Wally will make the final determination whether or not STRIKE ZONE will fish on your scheduled day. Late departures or early returns may also be necessary due to inclement weather. If a trip is cancelled due to weather, Captain Wally will either refund the deposit or reschedule the trip. Cancellations requested by the fishing party within 14 days of the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Alcohol Policy
For everyones safety...No Hard Liquor is allowed on board. Moderate, responsible beer drinking is permissible. If any member of the party becomes intoxicated the trip will be terminated and the boat will return to the dock with forfeiture of all fees.
Drug Policy
Strike Zone Charters has zero tolerance for illegal drugs. If the crew suspects any illegal drug activity on board the trip will be terminated immediately and all fees forfeited.
