Our seasons at a glance:

Spring (June 1 through June 30)

Chesapeake Bay Rockfish season starts May 16th!  We target fat early year Rockfish (Striped Bass) as they head for their summer homes.

These are great eating sized fish.

Summer (July, August, September)

June is typically a great time to fish for a variety of species in our area. Once the summer hot weather arrives we'll be fishing for a possible mix of Rockfish (Striped Bass), Bluefish, Spanish Mackerel, Spot and maybe hook a Red Drum or Cobia! These fish join the other fish in our area by early summer and become more plentiful as the summer progresses.  Come try a day of summertime fishing, it's a great way to spend a summer day with family and friends.  We offer a 3 hour trip that is perfect for kids and beginners. This is normally a great time to bring the kids fishing!

Fall (Mid September, October, November)

Mixed catches of Rockfish, Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish are common in the early fall.  The Bluefish and Spanish Mackerel will leave the area by mid October.  Late October and November typically offer some of the best Rockfishing (Striped Bass) as these fish tend to school up for the winter.
