Cancellation Policy

In the event of inclement weather, Captain Wally will make the final determination whether or not Strike Zone will fish on your scheduled day. Rainy days and excessive winds may require the trip to be rescheduled or delayed. Late departures or early returns may also be necessary due to inclement weather. If a trip is cancelled due to weather, Captain Wally will make every effort to reschedule the trip. Cancellations requested by the fishing party within 21 days of the scheduled date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Alcohol Policy

For everyones safety...No Hard liquor, Wine or Beer is allowed on board. Contact Wally directly for rules regarding beer onboard for your trip.

Sorry, we've had too many issues from folks not drinking responsibly. For your safety, if any member of the group becomes intoxicated the trip will be terminated and the boat will return to the dock with forfeiture of all fees. Any member of the charter that arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to go on the trip and will forfiet their portion of the cost.

Drug Policy

Strike Zone Charters has zero tolerance for illegal drugs. This includes medical Marijuana and edibles. If the crew suspects any illegal drug activity on board the trip will be terminated immediately and all fees forfeited.
